Do you do international shipping?

Yes, however due to embargo and ongoing conflict, we cannot ship to any of these locations:

  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
  • Ecuador
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Syria
  • North Korea

Why aren’t all my items shipping together?

Items are shipping direct from manufacturers in a print-on-demand fashion, so customers do not have to worry about products going out of stock. Because of this, some items may arrive in separate loads at different times.

I ordered the wrong size, can you do a trade-in?

No, our manufacturer does not permit us to do trade-ins of items unless it’s an error on their end (such as being sent being an item different from the one you ordered). However, if the item is not yet created and shipped we may be able to swap it out before it is manufactured. If you notice an error, report it early. You should always verify your cart before purchasing to prevent any problems.

Why did I never get a confirmation email?

If you are using an iCloud email, you likely will not get a purchase confirmation email from us due to Apple blocking our communications. We suggest using another email address until we get this resolved. If you need to change your email on an order, fill out a Purchase Complaint requesting it.

I never got my Olivia Plush/What’s the current status of the Olivia Plush?

The Olivia plush was a pre-order and is currently still in manufacturing. Our manufacturer told us that all the plushes should be done in late January 2025. Once we have confirmation they’re all complete, we will make an announcement of when to expect delivery.

Our manufacturer has told us that the Chinese factory working on the fabric side of the plush was unable to meet the deadline and, we’re not kidding here, has temporarily closed due to Chinese New Year. They’re expected to resume work on the plush in mid-February. We’re hoping it will be done swiftly and without further delays.

As of February 12th: Our manufacturer has begun its return from Chinese New Year and is hoping to be back to full capacity around February 17th. They also hope to get us a full production timeline some time after the week of February 17th too.
