Well it is definitely functional. For the tutorial message, it would be nice if we can find these information during battle or in the menu for future viewing.
Btw I was trying to reload the scenario because I wanted to read the tutorial dialogues again but the enemies didn’t respawn.
Interesting, will let the programmers know.
